All change but no change!!!

The ownership of Herstmonceux Pre-school changed today following Karen and Rob Hathaway having moved closer to their well deserved retirement. The 'business' is now owned by business partners, Ruth Dicken and Nick Porter of Total Childcare Services Ltd www.tcschildcare.co.uk.

Ultimately, for the parents and children, there won't be any change. Ruth, who has taken the post of 'Early Years Director' said "It is a privilege to be working with such a great team and children. Herstmonceux Pre-school has an outstanding reputation and we have no plans to change anything. Karen (Sinden), Niki and Michelle have all the knowledge and experience in caring for and educating the children to the highest standards. It's essential we maintain stability of care for the children who attend".

Ruth, Karen and Nick will be holding some parent consultation sessions in the coming weeks, but all parents and children will hopefully have the opportunity to meet the new owners before then anyway.
