Ruth Dicken

Ruth is the owner of the Pre-school. Ruth has many years of Early Years experience and has a degree in Early Years

Lisa Plant

Lisa is the Pre-school Manager having started with us in September 2023. Lisa has significant Early Years experience and has worked with Ruth for many years.

Karen Sinden

Karen is our Deputy Manager and has been with the Pre-school for many years.

Lacey is a fully qualified childcare practitioner and loves working in our Forest School
Lacey Thorning

Lacey is a level 3 Pre-school Practitioner and loves our Forest School.
 

Celia is bank-staff at Herstmonceux Pre-school having retired from full-time work with us in 2023
Celia Hayes

Celia has been working in Early Years for many years and is Level 3 qualified.
